Münchmeyer Corporate Advisory Services (MCAS) was founded.1990 Joint Venture
MCAS merged into the newly founded Enskilda (Deutschland) GmbH, a joint venture between Hans Hermann Münchmeyer and the European investment bank Enskilda Securities Ltd., London. The latter is a subsidiary of SEB, the Swedish bank which is controlled by the prominent Wallenberg family.1994 Management Buy-Out
Münchmeyer GmbH - Corporate Finance began trading after a management buy-out by Hans Hermann Münchmeyer and Hans-Christoph Stadel.2003 MCF Corporate Finance GmbH
The company changed its name to MCF Corporate Finance GmbH.A branch office in Helsinki and a London subsidiary, MCF Limited, were founded and the current heads of the London and Helsinki offices, Ian Henderson and Ville Kivelä, joined MCF.
2005 Advisory Council
An advisory board was established with members of the German and Nordic business communities. Hans Hermann Münchmeyer was appointed chairman of MCF’s council. Further members include Dr. Peter Schmohl, Ulf Bergenudd and Dr. Stig Gustavson.2007 Expansion
Andreas Pabsch became a new partner of MCF and specialises in German and pan-European private equity firms. Furthermore, he focuses on national and international mid-cap enterprises in the field of M&A advisory.Additionally, the advisory board was extended by Professor Dr. Gerhard Wegen. He is a partner at the law firm Gleiss Lutz and specialises in M&A, Corporate Law, Stock und Capital Markets, as well as in the arbitral jurisdiction of those segments.
