Experience in utilities

MCF has developed an excellent reputation through more than 10 years experience in the utilities industry. Our long-term clients include, among others, the Swedish Vattenfall AB. MCF has furthermore advised on transactions involving E.on, RWE, Nuon, Vivendi Environnement as well as several German public utility companies, such as Stadtwerke Kiel.

Experience in mechanical engineering

Since its foundation MCF has continuously advised on various transactions in the mechanical engineering industry. Examples include transactions by Konecranes and Ruukki of Finland and Sauer Danfoss. MCF’s German clients include international market leaders such as Jungheinrich, Feldmühle Nobel and Körber.

Experience in private equity

MCF regularly advises international private equity firms on identifying acquisitions, divestments and also in implementing subsequent transactions. Examples include transactions with internationally recognised firms such as 3i, Barclays Private Equity, CapMan, Electra, Eqvitec Partners and Industri Kapital.
