Professionals
As a professional, the candidate should hold a top-class university degree and have relevant work experience. Excellent numerical and communication skills, international experience, a strong commitment to origination and long-term client relationships are all important characteristics that will be considered.
Candidates who join MCF take on a range of responsibilities and may work on several projects simultaneously. MCF benefits from having the flexibility to implement employees’ new ideas, a flat hierarchy, the ability to make decisions quickly and a strong team spirit.
Internships
An internship should ideally last three to six months. Candidates should be in their penultimate year of university and have strong analytical and numerical skills. Dedication and the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure with the necessary soft skills are required.
MCF continuously employs interns. Tasks include company and market analysis, company valuations and financial modelling as well as ad hoc assignments providing exposure to international M&A transactions.
