Athagoras aims to become a data-driven European leader in pharmaceutical consulting by strategically acquiring complementary businesses across key phases of the drug lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>After a period of strong growth for Quantify, the company recognised the need to find a partner which could further accelerate its international expansion. Athagoras was chosen as the partner for this journey due to its complementary offering and exciting vision which also aligns with that of Quantify.<\/p>\n<h2>About Quantify Research<\/h2>\n<p>Since its foundation in 2011, Quantify has developed an unrivalled expertise in how to identify, quantify and communicate the value of healthcare interventions and is today globally recognised in executing multi-country real world evidence and market access projects.<\/p>\n<p>As a trusted partner to the largest global pharmaceutical companies, Quantify continuously delivers high quality services within Real World Evidence &amp; Analytics (RWE), Modelling, Access &amp; Strategy (MAS) and Evidence Review &amp; Synthesis (ERS), by combining scientific and quantitative skills with a solution-oriented mindset and business focus.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Quantify had revenues of SEK 59m, an adjusted EBITDA of SEK 22m, and currently employs approximately 50 people across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and India.<\/p>\n<h2>About Athagoras<\/h2>\n<p>Founded in 2024, Athagoras aims to provide integrated support to pharmaceutical companies across several phases of the drug life cycle, including pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and market access. The company was established through the acquisition of two firms specialising in medical affairs consulting and an adjacent IT provider. With a buy-and-build approach, Athagoras aims to form a network of entrepreneurial companies, positioning itself as a data-driven European leader in efficiently bringing innovative healthcare products to market.
