Its product portfolio includes long-life wholegrain breads (world market leader for \u201cPumpernickel\u201d), high-quality frozen cakes, and international specialties (pita, naan, wraps, etc.), which are sold under the premium brand \u201cMestemacher\u201d or under private labels and can be found in all major supermarket chains in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Due to the long shelf life of the product, the products are also exported to over 70 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Mestemacher was awarded several national prizes for its high quality, taste, and sustainable products.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024 Mestemacher had 670 employees and achieved EUR 176m in sales with healthy margins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>About RUF<\/h3>\n<p>RUF is operating in the baking ingredients, baking mixes, and desserts sector.
