The transaction has already been approved by German regulatory authorities and includes NOSKE-KAESER\u2019s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany as well as its subsidiaries in Australia, India, Malaysia and Turkey. The company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENGIE Axima.<\/p>\n

Prior to the transaction, NOSKE-KAESER had continued its operations under administration. The insolvency administrator conducted a restructuring leading to a strategic strengthening of the company, e.g. by significantly enhancing NOSKE-KAESER\u2019s international presence, establishing a new sector for offshore wind-energy and revitalising the cruise business. MCF had also advised on the sales of NOSKE-KAESER\u2019s Container Service Business and the Rail & Vehicles Business back in 2015 and 2016.<\/p>\n
