The new owner will continue the business in Finland under the name Lahti Glass Technology Oy. The parties have agreed that Lahti Precision will complete the existing projects and equipment orders.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>The Glass Technology business unit has been one of Lahti Precision\u2019s three business areas. It offers technology for complete glass batch plants and cullet handling systems. With established blue-chip customer base, the deliveries have been made to all over the world.<\/p>\n<h2>Client Statement<\/h2>\n<p>Juho Koskinen, CEO of Lahti Precision Oy, said: \u201cWe are very happy to have worked together with MCF on this transaction, as they have great expertise with this type of arrangement.
