MCF has previously acted as financial adviser to Ragn-Sells during the divestment of its Latvian operations earlier in 2018, as well as in the divestment of RSM&amp;CO to Ramboll.<\/p>\n<p>The divestment of the Polish operations is in line with Ragn-Sells\u2019 corporate strategy to refocus along the broader trend towards sustainable circular economies that preserve scarce raw materials and natural resources. Ragn-Sells will now consolidate and focus the development of its three main business areas \u2013 Recycling, Treatment &amp; Detoxification and New Value Chain.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>Ragn-Sells\u2019 Polish operations includes Ragn-Sells Polska (RSP) and its subsidiary Ragn-Sells Technology (RST), a joint venture with BEWI Drift Holding AS. Ragn-Sells Polska is headquartered in Gorz\u00f3w Wielkopolski, Poland.<\/p>\n<h2>Client Statement<\/h2>\n<p>Magnus Uvhagen, Senior Adviser at Ragn-Sells said: \u201cWe are convinced that when Remondis is now taking over the Polish operations, it will bring new synergies and opportunities locally, but also accelerate the further development of both Ragn-Sells and Remondis.
