The company was acquired by Varenne Investment together with private investors in 2012. The new owner, Wictor Family Office, will together with Quesada accelerate the development in the combined group by realising synergies and improving the service offering to clients.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is subject to ownership suitability assessment by the Swedish financial supervisory authority.<\/p>\n<h2>The Buyer<\/h2>\n<p>Wictor Family Office is a Swedish-based wealth management provider, founded by three entrepreneurial families with the purpose of creating independent solutions to complex financial, legal, and family-related questions. Wictor Family Office serves individuals, institutions, and trusts with e.g. wealth planning, asset management, family governance and succession planning.
