This transaction supports ALBA Baving in their ongoing succession planning and will enable the business to expand its geographical footprint, grow its integrated service offering and pursue a clearly defined growth strategy. In the new ownership structure, the sellers, Dr J\u00f6rg Baving and Claus Baving, will retain a minority stake in the business and join the Advisory Board.<\/p>\n
The acquisition is subject to competition authority approval in Germany and completion is expected to take place in December 2020.<\/p>\n
