Over the years, Cykloteket has actively contributed to the development of Swedish bicycle specialist retailers and the company was also among the first to establish an e-commerce bicycle retail platform. With this transaction and under WeSports\u2019 ownership, Cykloteket will continue to execute on its ambitious growth plans and benefit from being a part of a leading specialist sports retailers.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>Cykloteket is one of Sweden\u2019s largest privately owned bicycle specialist and retailer with market leading consumer experience, an e-commerce store and seven specialist bike stores and workshops in the Stockholm and V\u00e4ster\u00e5s region.<\/p>\n<h2>Client Statement<\/h2>\n<p>Ted Kottulinsky, CEO and majority owner of Cykloteket, said: \u201cMCF has been a great partner to us in this transaction, supporting us as entrepreneurs and making sure that we as sellers felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
