The company is already established in the market with the strong labels Substral, Roundup, Nexa Lotte, Substral Naturen and Substral Celaflor.<br \/>\nThe transaction also includes gpi\u2019s 100% shareholding in GPL Green Partners Logistics GmbH (\u201cGPL\u201d), a raw materials logistics company and the 50% shareholding in NFI NorthFertilizerIndustry GmbH &amp; Co. KG (\u201cNFI\u201d), a supplier of organic and organic-mineral fertiliser mixtures.<br \/>\nBoth Evergreen and gpi will continue to operate independently in the future and further develop the product and service range for their customers. Evergreen and gpi are particularly committed to offering organic and natural products.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>gpi green partners international, based in Gladbeck, Germany, is one of the leading companies in the production and marketing of fertilisers as well as plant protection products for the hobby gardener via DIY stores, garden centres and specialist trade. The Company acts as a private label producer for big garden centres and DIY stores and sells products under its three own brands G\u00e4rtner\u2019s, Quadro and Extra%.<br \/>\nA modern, growth-oriented production of organic and organic-mineral fertilisers, as well as flexible logistics with excellent service, open up new growth potential.<\/p>\n<h2>Disclaimer<\/h2>\n<p>The acquisition is subject to competition authority approval in Germany and completion is estimated to take place at the end of August 2021.<\/p>\n<h2>About gpi green partners international GmbH &amp; Co.
