Meyer will continue to operate under its current management team and brand to allow for a smooth transition and integration phase.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>A. &amp; H. Meyer is Germany\u2019s leading player in \u201cpower to furniture\u201d connectivity solutions for commercial buildings. The Company is renowned for its outstanding product quality based on worldwide sales approbations and deep value-add in-house production in Germany and Malaysia.
