What you'll do
- Work closely with the management and team to provide full administrative support
- Book travel arrangements (transport, accommodation) & preparing itineraries
- Set up meeting rooms, host clients and guests
- Liaise with clients, third party suppliers and others by telephone and in person
- Take care of credit card reconciliations, VAT return prep and travel return management for the team
What you'll bring
- Experience in a similar administrative support role in a fast-paced environment, e.g. corporate or service sector, and the ability to prioritise in a way that meets deadlines
- "Can do" attitude, willingness to help regardless of the task; confident, professional well-mannered
- Friendliness, approachable, and able to multi-task
- Ability to work equally effectively on your own initiative as well as in a team
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
