Jungeblodt is proud of 175 years of tradition.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to merge with OME was made carefully and with a view to future challenges. OME, a leading provider of fastening elements and industrial solutions based in Milan, shared Jungeblodt&#8217;s values and passion for fasteners. This partnership opened new opportunities and growth prospects, enabling the company to strengthen its market position and expand its product and service offerings.<\/p>\n<p>Klemens Jungeblodt will continue to act as Managing Director of Heinrich Jungeblodt and drive forward the development together with the management of OME. Together with his brother Henrik, both will also remain involved in the overall group as shareholders and partners.<\/p>\n<p>OME welcomes the expertise and tradition of Jungeblodt and sees the merger as an ideal complement to its strategic goals and an expansion into the German-speaking market.
