For the now acquiring company Swegon however, who is one of the leading European indoor climate companies, Zent-Frenger\u2019s products are a natural addition to its room unit product portfolio. Thus, the transaction substantially strengthens Swegon\u2019s market presence in Germany, one of its focused growth markets.<\/p>\n
The acquisition is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and closing is expected in October.<\/p>\n
Zent-Frenger is one of the pioneers in radiant ceilings. Its products are used to create a comfortable indoor climate in commercial buildings such as offices and hotels, as well as residential apartment buildings. The company was founded in 1954 and is based in Heppenheim, Germany, and employs around 100 people in its Heppenheim production site and branches in Hamburg and Leonberg. It reported a turnover of around EUR 30 million in 2017.<\/p>\n
