As part of the preparation, MCF supported management in positioning both entities as one integrated healthcare service provider. This unique approach attracted high interest from both strategic and financial investors. MCF navigated its client throughout the entire process. With IQVIA, the company has found an ideal partner to further strengthen its market position and support geographical expansion in order to continue its growth journey.<\/p>\n<p>For IQVIA, as the leading provider of data to the healthcare sector, the acquisition complements the service portfolio by offering solutions to identify potential challenges for OTC healthcare companies.<\/p>\n<h2>The Targets<\/h2>\n<p>J\u00e4ger Health Group is the leading German OTC healthcare marketing agency providing trade marketing (BTL), creations (ATL), digital marketing and brand strategies to its international healthcare blue-chip customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Aposph\u00e4re is an educational training company providing product trainings to pharmacists and PTAs on behalf of pharmaceutical companies.<\/p>\n<p>Together, the companies have a unique service offering based on proprietary data used to most efficiently influence the recommendation behaviour of healthcare influencers and ultimately the consumer.<\/p>\n<h2>Client Statement<\/h2>\n<p>Martin Dess, founder and owner DESSIGN, said: \u201cWe are very happy to find a new home for J\u00e4ger Health Group and Aposph\u00e4re, we are excited for the companies\u2019 future growth journey under the new ownership of IQVIA.
