The transaction presents a strategic win-win situation for the two traditional trading companies.<\/p>\n<p>The trading company Jebsen &amp; Jessen is part of the globally operating, Asian based Jebsen &amp; Jessen Family Group. Together with its sister companies Jebsen &amp; Co. (Hong Kong), Jebsen &amp; Jessen Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and GMA Garnet Group (Australia), Jebsen &amp; Jessen employs around 7,100 people worldwide. Jebsen &amp; Jessen has three main business segments: Chemicals, Textile and Garnet Sand, and the company operates in more than 80 countries via own sites or through exclusive business partnerships. With the acquisition, Jebsen &amp; Jessen will continue to expand its worldwide presence and continue to deliver best-in-class services to new and existing customers.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>Ferrostaal Equipment Solutions\u2019 disposed activities provide export credit agency (ECA) financing services (export financing) and tailor-made concepts in railway technology (transportation).
