Going forward, the group will continue to expand its shipping portfolio within the container, bulker and tanker classes. A key priority in this transaction was to find a new home for Assetando and its employees.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>Assetando is the central real estate unit of asset manager Ernst Russ with managed real estate assets of around EUR 0,9 billion and a total of 29 properties. The company\u2019s services include fund management and fund administration, strategic and operational asset management, property management, letting management, transaction management, technical consulting services, project management for conversions, refurbishments as well as financing consulting.<\/p>\n<h2>Client Statement<\/h2>\n<p>Robert G\u00e4rtner, CEO of Ernst Russ, said: \u201cHaving already worked with MCF on several M&amp;A projects for different companies in the past, we knew about MCF\u2019s profound transaction track-record when engaging them for this project.
