Its customers include regions and private health care companies.<\/p>\n<p>In line with Berner\u2019s strategic focus, the acquisition of Dolema will expand the company\u2019s customer offering and strengthens its position as an attractive distributor for leading international principals within the laboratory and health care sector.<\/p>\n<h2>The Target<\/h2>\n<p>Dolema, established in 2001, is a supplier of respiratory, urological and ostomy products as well as other medical consumables. Products are targeted to hospitals and home health care. The company is headquartered in Sweden, with additional operations in Norway.<\/p>\n<h2>About Br\u00f6derna Berner<\/h2>\n<p>Br\u00f6derna Berner, with its divisions Berner Medical, Berner Industries and Gullviks, is a subsidiary of the Finnish family-owned company Berner which was established in 1883. Berner Medical\u2019s current product offering includes high quality disinfectants and professional cleaning products, non-chemical disinfectants from LED Tailor, medical glove box holders and dispensers from Harry Holms.
