The transaction enables URANO to further facilitate its growth strategy by adding complementary IT services such as SAP solutions to the current portfolio. DATAGROUP will benefit from the unique market positioning of URANO in the Rhine-Main-Neckar triangle. To allow for a smooth transition and integration phase it is planned that URANO will continue to operate under its current management team.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is subject to certain closing conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>About URANO Informationssysteme GmbH<\/h2>\n<p>URANO is a leading provider of integrated B2B IT services in the Rhine-Main-Neckar triangle exhibiting over 30 years of experience. Service offering comprises consulting, procurement, integration, training, and maintenance services in all relevant fields of corporate IT including managed-\/ outsourcing services and cloud infrastructure. The company is headquartered in Bad Kreuznach and employs c. 300 certified staff.<\/p>\n<h2>About DATAGROUP SE<\/h2>\n<p>DATAGROUP is one of the leading German IT service providers and supports over 600,000 IT workplaces worldwide for medium and large enterprises as well as public authorities.
