The acquisition of Veddestagruppen will accelerate Aditro Logistics’ transition into a strong fulfilment player within eCommerce and enhance their position within B2B. Their similar business models will further allow realised synergies such as increased flexibility and scalability within the Stockholm and M\u00e4lardalen region. For Posti Group, the acquisition of Veddestagruppen is in line with its strategic goals of growing the parcel and logistics business in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.<\/p>\n

The company provides unique tailor-made logistics solutions to customers of a logistically complex nature and employs around 300 people. With its well-developed service offering, Veddestagruppen is an excellent strategic fit for Aditro Logistics and Posti Group.<\/p>\n
