Andreas Heder Promoted to Partner

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our MCF Corporate Finance partnership in Stockholm: Andreas Heder has been promoted to Partner, taking effect immediately.

The promotion of Andreas to Partner marks the next milestone in our company’s development after the merger between Keystone Advisors and MCF in late 2016, which further solidified our positioning as Northern European experts and a leading mid-market M&A advisory firm. We live and breathe the Nordic culture and its values. Combined with the expertise provided by our colleagues in offices in Germany, Finland and the UK, we are uniquely positioned to offer in-depth and cross-border M&A advisory services to clients that pursue growth through acquisitions. The merger has also resulted in enhancements to the team at the MCF Stockholm office, which has since increased in size to a total of 12 employees. Following the promotion of Andreas Heder to Partner the office will be headed by three Partners.

Andreas Heder, who joined the MCF Stockholm office in 2017 as Senior Advisor and Project Manager, brings 20 years of international experience as a senior leader in the telecoms industry, in corporate development, and M&A.

Andreas’s deep M&A expertise stems from years of involvement and leadership in the execution of corporate strategies – from the development of inorganic growth strategies to the implementation of partnerships, minority investments, acquisitions and divestitures. He also has a comprehensive track record in cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and carve-out divestitures. His profound know-how in the field of M&A has already translated in a rising deal flow for MCF. As such, Andreas was instrumental in executing two of the last three deals that MCF managed for its clients.
