Graham Oldroyd
Graham Oldroyd is Chairman of MCF London, and a Senior Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. A graduate in Engineering from Cambridge University, Graham also holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He is now a visiting lecturer at INSEAD and is a Distinguished Fellow of INSEAD Business School. Graham brings wide sector, M&A and investment experience, with a particular focus on industrial businesses, serving as a director of listed and unlisted international businesses and as a former Partner of international private equity fund manager Bridgepoint. He is a Non-Executive Director of The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC and of Videndum plc listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is Chair of Ideal Standard International NV, and a Non-Executive Director at Tunstall Integrated Healthcare Holdings Ltd. Formerly, Graham was a Non-Executive Director of PHS Group Investments Ltd, Nobina AB and Henderson Alternative Strategies Trust plc, and a Partner of Bridgepoint. For 6 years he was a Commissioner for the Church of England and member of the Assets Committee responsible for investment of the c. £10 billion Church Commissioners’ Fund.
