Graham Oldroyd is Chairman of MCF London, member of MCF’s Advisory Council and Senior Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Arts (MA Cantab) in Engineering from Cambridge University. Graham is an experienced international private equity investor holding a series of senior positions at Bridgepoint, including Partner. He has also served on numerous Boards in the UK, all Nordic Countries, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland, covering a wide variety of sectors spanning the automotive industry, consumer products, manufacturing, engineering consulting, healthcare, IT, industrials, and support services. Graham is Chairman at Ideal Standard Int NV, and NED at BMO Global Smaller Companies plc and Nobina AB. For 6 years he was a Commissioner for the Church of England and member of the Assets Committee responsible for investment of the c. £8.2 billion Church Commissioners’ Fund. Graham is a visiting lecturer at INSEAD and Durham University Business Schools.
