Per-Erik Atterwall is an Industry Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics, and Law. Per-Erik co-founded Keystone Advisers in 2000, which later merged with MCF Corporate Finance in 2016. He brings with him extensive experience of overseeing numerous sell-side and acquisition processes, as well as financing projects at the firm. Per-Erik has previous Investment Banking transaction experience from UBS Warburg in London and New York, and Maizels, Westerberg & Co in London. Currently, he is the founder and owner Attwik Invest.
