MCF advised Helix Partners on the sale of Suomen Katsastusasemat to TÜV SÜD

Suomen Katsastusasemat, one of the leading vehicle inspection chains in Finland operating under Q-Katsastus, Katsastus Kovalainen and Koillismaan Autokatsastus brands, has been sold to the global testing, inspection, and certification group TÜV SÜD.

Following the acquisition of Carspect Group in August 2024, TÜV SÜD operates more than 160 inspection stations across the Nordic and Baltic region, including Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia. With the acquisition of Suomen Katsastusasemat, TÜV SÜD further expands its footprint into Finland, adding 11 inspection stations to its network.
