MCF advised Profil M on its sale to MERCER

In this Business Services deal, MCF acted as exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to the shareholders of Profil M, having carefully prepared the owner-managed business for a competitive process and realized a highly confidential transaction based on a strictly selected set of bidders that offered the most compelling strategic rationale.
