MCF advised the owners of Prodiem on the sale to VIEW Group
The owners of Prodiem, a leading Swedish provider of interim and recruitment services, have sold the business to VIEW Group, a Norwegian-founded provider of finance outsourcing, payroll, IT, interim management, and recruitment services.
Through the acquisition of Prodiem, VIEW Group strengthens its position in the Swedish market and broadens its specialist capabilities within accounting and finance. The transaction further accelerates VIEW Group’s growth by combining Prodiem’s deep client relationships and sector expertise with VIEW Group’s broader platform and Nordic reach.
MCF acted as the sell-side advisor, and the transaction marks yet another successful deal within MCF’s Business Services vertical.
