Tapio brings decades of executive leadership experience from international consumer, service and industrial businesses, including CEO and senior leadership roles in privately held and publicly listed companies. He has served as CEO of Harvia and Kamux, among others, and has been closely involved in M&A transactions and public market processes, including IPO-related work and capital markets engagement.

He has led complex transformations, international expansions, brand repositionings, and value creation programs across multiple markets. Furthermore, he has a strong track record of successfully expanding Nordic businesses into the U.S. market, building platforms for sustainable international growth.
