Since its founding in 2003, MCF has grown from 6 individuals to over 65 professionals across four offices.
In 2017, we entered a strategic partnership with U.S. investment bank D.A. Davidson. Together we offer unparalleled corporate access and a transatlantic M&A platform that provides best-in-class capabilities to clients within the middle market worldwide. In addition to our size and global reach, we continue to deliver a bespoke service tailored to our client's needs.
