Ian Henderson

Ian Henderson holds a master’s degree in Economics from University of Cambridge. Ian founded MCF London in 2003, and brings with him over 30 years of experience in international M&A, particularly in utilities and manufacturing industries as well as in private equity related transactions. Prior to joining MCF, Ian worked at Arthur Andersen’s corporate tax advisory team, where he qualified as an ACA. He has held several senior positions, including Director and Head of the Private Equity sector team at Nordea Securities (previously Maizels Westerberg & Co.).
