Euan Beaton

Euan Beaton is an Industry Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. Euan’s expertise lies within the seafood industry, where he was as a key shareholder and chairman of Europe’s largest shellfish processer, Macduff Shellfish, from 1986-2017. During this time, Macduff Shellfish completed a buy & build journey under private equity ownership, followed by an exit to a large North American listed company. Euan is also currently the joint owner of Vista Seafood. Vista Seafood operates a world first, state of the art Whelk vessel, including catching and processing at sea, producing Sashimi & Sushi grade products ready for the Far Eastern markets.
