Graham Oldroyd

Graham brings wide sector, M&A and investment experience, with a particular focus on industrial businesses, serving as a chairman and director of listed and unlisted international companies and as a former Partner of international private equity fund manager Bridgepoint. He is Chairman of The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC, Deputy Chairman of Senior plc and a Non-Executive Director of Videndum plc, all listed on the London Stock Exchange. Formerly, Graham was Chair of Ideal Standard International NV, a Non-Executive Director of PHS Group Investments Ltd, Nobina AB and Henderson Alternative Strategies Trust plc, and a Partner of Bridgepoint.
