The Deal

A. & H. Meyer was established more than 60 years ago and is today Germany’s leading player in “power to furniture” connectivity solutions for commercial buildings. Based in Dörentrup, the Company has entities and production footprint in Germany and Malaysia. This transaction helps Legrand to further strengthen its global positions in segments buoyed by strong, structural trends such as energy-efficiency infrastructures as well as solutions for flexible and comfortable ways of working.

A. & H. Meyer will continue to operate under its current management team and brand to allow for a smooth transition and integration phase.
