Releasy Customer Management AB (“Releasy”), a leading Swedish provider of outsourced customer services, has acquired all of the issued shares in ProffCom AS (“ProffCom”) from its management. Through this transaction, Releasy, a subsidiary of Pulsen Group, expands its Nordic presence in outsourced customer service.
