Anders Hedgren

Anders Hedgren is an Industry Advisor to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds a Master of Law (LL.M) from Stockholm University and a Master of Law & Economics from Manchester University, and is also Officer in the Royal Swedish Navy Reserve. Anders brings with him over 25 years of experience as an advisor, executive, board member and private investor, predominantly within the IT, automotive, business services and consumer industries. He has extensive experience from M&A, corporate and business development projects, acting as Legal Counsel, Strategy & Leadership Advisor and as a private investor himself. Currently, Anders serves as Senior Advisor in companies under expansion and transformation phases – predominantly within the Defence, Security and Mobility Sectors.
