Matthias Fischer

Matthias Fischer joined MCF Corporate Finance in 2024 as an Industry Advisor, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Material Handling industry. He holds a Diploma in Physical Engineering from the University of Wedel.

Throughout his career, Matthias has held key executive positions at industry leaders like Jungheinrich AG and Toyota Material Handling Europe. At Jungheinrich, he rose through the ranks to become a Board Member responsible for Sales and Service, overseeing strategic growth initiatives across multiple regions. He later served as President and CEO of Toyota Material Handling Europe, where he led a business with €2.5 billion in revenue and a workforce of 11,000 employees.

Matthias’ expertise spans sales, after-sales service, and rental business, with a strong focus on driving operational efficiency and business transformation. As an Industry Advisor at MCF, he leverages his deep industry knowledge and leadership experience to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients in the Material Handling sector.
