The Deal
Inprocon will complement the existing portfolio of companies within the VINCI Energies Building Solutions brand as it expands VINCI Energies’ portfolio of fire protection/sprinkler systems for Sweden. Inprocon will be integrated into the Fire Protection Solutions Group, part of the Building Solutions Network of VINCI Energies and will also support in serving international customers in Sweden.
The Target
Headquartered in Örebro, Sweden, Inprocon is one of Sweden’s leading providers of fire protection solutions. The company’s service offering covers the full value chain, ranging from consultancy, design, installation and inspection to service and maintenance. The group consists of three operative subsidiaries Maxcon, A-Sprinkler and FireTech, which together employ over 160 employees at 13 locations across Sweden.
