MCF advises Visit Group as they welcome VisBook as a new independent business area
Visit Group International AB (“Visit Group”), a Swedish company creating e-commerce software for the travel industry, welcomes VisBook AS (“VisBook”), a Norwegian specialist in hospitality management software, as an independent part of the business. The transaction will enable both companies to create an even greater customer experience and provide a platform for further organic and inorganic growth. MCF advised Visit Group on the transaction as part of a long-term partnership with the Company, using its expertise in working with software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses.

The Deal
Gothenburg-based Visit Group creates SaaS solutions connecting the travel industry, built around its core Citybreak, iTicket and BookVisit products. The addition of VisBook as an independent business area deepens its digital ecosystem for the tourism and hospitality industries. The Company continues to evaluate European M&A opportunities within Hospitality Tech as part of its growth journey.
