MCF has advised Nötudden Invest AB (“Nötudden Invest”) in its disposal of Nötudden Casting Group to Storskogen 3 Invest AB (“Storskogen”), with the divested entities consisting of Roslagsgjuteriet AB and Storebrogjuteriet AB, leading iron foundries on the Swedish market for small and mid-size series, as well as Finish Industrilackering i Storebro AB, an industrial painting provider.
MCF supports Nötudden Invest AB in its disposal of Nötudden Casting Group to Storskogen
Nötudden Casting Group offers short and mid-size iron product series to a number of blue-chip customers covering a broad range of industrial application areas, with the two facilities working closely together with its customers based on individual product requirements. With the transaction, Storskogen will add to its portfolio of Swedish companies, with a focus on being the majority owner and developing small and mid-size companies.
The facilities within Nötudden Casting Group are located in the Swedish towns Herräng and Storebro, with each iron facility having a history dating over 150 and 200 years, respectively. The Group’s sales in 2018 amounted to approx. SEK 180m.
