MCF advised MIDAQ on the sale of Alfa Mobility to Pamica Group

MIDAQ has reached an agreement to divest Alfa Mobility, the leading Nordic provider of mobility and assignment services, to Pamica Group. The Deal

MIDAQ acquired Alfa Mobility in 2018 and has since then developed the company into the leading Nordic provider of mobility and assignment services. Alfa experienced strong growth under MIDAQ’s ownership and grew out of the owners’ investment profile, why a new owner was sought. Together with management and employees, Pamica will be able to leverage Alfa Mobility’s strong position in the Nordics, its highly satisfied customers, and industrial know-how to continue its expansion.

The Target

Since its foundation in 1995, Alfa Mobility has grown to become the leading Nordic provider of end-to-end mobility and assignment services. Through its engaged workforce, located in 9 offices throughout the Nordics, Alfa Mobility manages mobility and assignment services in more than 150 countries. The company has fostered long-term relationships with a diversified and well-known customer base operating both in the public and private sectors. Since MIDAQ became the majority owner in 2018, Alfa has flourished into the market-leading player in the Nordic region.
