The Deal

The disposal of Ragn-Sells’s business activities in Latvia is in line with the company’s corporate strategy to refocus along the broader trend towards sustainable circular economies that preserve scarce raw materials and natural resources. The new owner of the Latvian business, which employs 93 people and generated a turnover of SEK 46 million in 2016 is the company’s, Managing Director Agris Markss. The business will continue to operate under a different name in the future. Following the disposal of the unit, Ragn-Sells no longer operates any business in Latvia.
