Privately owned apoprojekt GmbH (“apoprojekt”) a company specialising in designing, fitting, and building office space for real estate owners, has acquired Planungsgruppe Schneider & Partner Beratende Ingenieure mbB (“Schneider”). Schneider is a firm of expert engineers focused on electrical, sanitary and HVAC engineering of building projects. M&A expert MCF advised apoprojekt and helped facilitate the transaction through its proven ability to successfully originate and execute bilateral transactions.
The Deal
As part of apoprojekt’s strategy to offer fully integrated project management with design & build in all necessary trades, the acquisition of Schneider as an independent subsidiary of apoprojekt expands its expertise in the business. apoprojekt Group’s team of experienced and highly qualified engineers and project managers ensure that office space is delivered promptly, and all technical building services seamlessly work. The deal was closed with effect of January 1, 2022.
