MCF advises Keolis Sverige in the sale of CSG to Transfer Group

Keolis Sverige AB (“Keolis Sverige”), a subsidiary of shared mobility global leader Keolis Group, has sold 100% of its shares in Commuter Security Group AB (“CSG”), a Swedish Security Guard and Surveillance operator to Transfer Group AB (“Transfer Group”). In this transaction MCF acted as adviser to Keolis Sverige, leveraging its expertise in successful corporate carve-outs and in identifying a long-term partner for CSG. The transaction also adds to MCF’s strong track-record in supporting global corporations in strategic divestments of non-core assets, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties.

“I am very excited to continue to grow CSG together with Transfer Group. MCF has been an excellent partner throughout the entire process, providing sound transactional advice as well as support on a more general level, and has truly been part of the team.”

Pelle Johansson
CEO of CSG

The Deal

In this transaction MCF supported Keolis Sverige in identifying a suitable partner to support and foster CSG’s continued operations as a stand-alone entity. MCF’s expertise in corporate carve-out considerations ensured an optimal outcome and prospects for both client, target and buyer.

Keolis Sverige is a subsidiary to Keolis Group, headquartered in Paris, France. The Group operates public transport networks on behalf of 300 transport authorities, across five continents with more than three billion passengers using their mobility services annually.
